It's Independence day weekend. This is a time we celebrate our independence from England but we should celebrate much more.
It is not just a day of picnics and fireworks but a day that we should celebrate the rights we have an the USA.
Here in the Phoenix area, it's a little hot for a picnic so we tend to look for indoor activities or water sports.
Looking for something fun to do on the 4th of July? Well try this. Every 4th of July my family and friends head on down to the Scottsdale Gun Club to exercise our Constitutional 2nd Amendment right and duty to keep and bare arms.
A Uniquely American tradition!
That's right machine guns on the 4th of July. I can't think of anything more patriotic or American!
I can't tell you how good shooting machine guns on the 4th of July makes me feel.
It's like the smell of victory that would oppress us!
Today, I think it is more important than ever to show the flag, the lead and the brass! At the Scottsdale Gun Club you can use the machine gun and range for free. I am a member of the gun club but on the 4 you don't have to be.
Here are the details:
The Scottsdale Gun Club will be open Sunday, July 4th from 10am to 2pm to shoot machine guns. The SGC has waived their normal fees for renting their machine guns. On the 4th it's FREE! You also don't have to be a member or even the guest of a member. Walk-ins are welcome! SGC is not charging a range fee either.
The only cost is one of ammo. Cost of ammunition depends on the machine gun you select. Ammo runs from $30 to $70 for two clips. You will also need identification. A drivers license will suffice.
