Nashville short sales are not going away anytime soon. This economy is tough. I have met many homeowners over the past couple of years that have seen the worst of times. These are GOOD people. These are people that pay their bills on time. These are people that have seen mid and high 700 credit scores. These are hard working families!

Short Selling your home potentially is a lighter hit on your credit compared to a foreclosure. It also has the potential to have a quicker recovery time as opposed to a 7 year foreclosure recovery.
