has to talk next about the technology. The ZipRealty website is the 5th most visited website as of January, 2010. Notice ZipRealty is the only Realtor brokerage in the list. What this does for Zip agents is create the amount of leads that we get. Every company has seen a decrease in traffic since the Tax Credit expired, but we are still receiving at least 40 - 60 leads per month individually and the top producers get much more.
In my local area Virginia ZipRealty has only been around since 2006, now there are 68 agents and the Zip Realty signs are starting to pop up. The company is mainly a buyer agents company, and just recently it has started to go after the listings. All ZipRealty listings are featured in the website and syndicated to must other real estate websites including Realtor.com. When we have a listing we get a couple hundred free colored flyers, a wooden post for the property and virtual tours included at no additional cost to the agent. Whenever we want to send a CMA to a client a very profesional colored CMA is overnighted from headquaters. We are offered a higer split for selling in house listings. When a buyer that matches the criteria of the new listing enters the Zip Realty website the agents involved are notificd of the possible match and encouraged to show the listing.

A way to organize and keep track of the leads. I recently took a seminar by an extremely succesful agent, and she mentioned all the work that she does plus all the systems and websites she uses to bring in the leads and keep track of them. It resembles the "one place has it all" Zip Realty platform. It has taken me three months to feel comfortable using the platform. I have been in contact with potential new clients since day one that I received my first lead, and in my previous blog you can read the results as of three months with ZipRealty. The training is unbeliavable and I will talk about it in my next post.
The platform is a user friendly internet program full of gadgets and systems to keep track of your leads, listings, transactions, documents, appointments and so much more. I am aware that I am still in the learning stages of the platform.
