INGREDIENTS:
2/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 2/3 cups heavy cream
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS: 1.

Cara - I haven't tried this one, yet. I've been posting recipes all month in honor of National Ice Cream month and I'm still on the cinnamon one. I'm thinking one a MONTH versus every day would be good, LOL.
Are we at the end of the month or are you getting a jump on next month. It would seem that it it were the national month for ice cream I should eat some everyday, just to show national pride. I'm hoping you're early or I'm really late.... and if you're wondering, either way, I'm trying this recipe this weekend.
