John - So true my friend. We have to sell as many as we can, especially during these tough times.

Debe - New construction has slowed considerably here too as builders try to reduce existing inventories. But this was a great lot with a solid builder and the opportunity and timing was perfect!

Michael - For the sake of humanity, I'll just hum a few bars instead!

Ed - If you can ever persuade the wifey to make the move, I'll make sure I save a nice one for you guys!

Charles - Not so sure if I'm leading the pack, but I'm making a living my friend...and having a good time doing it!

Al & Peggy - To keep on selling is my goal! I have I have a few more closings scheduled in the next month and hopefully many more before the end of the year.

Kristin - I am on a bit of a roll. Hopefully I'll be able to keep up my recent success into the latter part of the year.
