62025 Real Estate: Update on Homes for Sale in Edwardsville IL
Earlier this month, Family Circle magazine named Edwardsville, Illinois as one of the 10 Best Towns for Families 2010.
Since that news broke, I'm hearing from more people who are curious about the real estate market in Edwardsville and how they might be able to take advantage of home sales opportunities in our area.
Currently, there are 273 single-family homes for sale in the city of Edwardsville proper. Expanding the search to include the entire Edwardsville School District, 430 houses are on the market. (The district encompasses a wide area of more rural communities such as Hamel, Prairietown, Worden and Dorsey as well as the large community of Holiday Shores which is centered around a popular recreational lake and next-door neighbor Glen Carbon, one of CNN/Money's Best Places to Live in America.)
