It's never just a house or an apartment. It's more than a zip code more than a skylight. More than a hard wood floor and pre-war details. When it's right, a home is not just the physical space where you reside, it's where you come to life. It's the first, best expression of who you are as an individual, as a couple, as a family.

It's where you live.... and it's who you are. Live who you are.

Anita, Thanks. A home has to "feel right"

Lenn, They've been all over town on billboards, different ads in different neighborhoods

Wayne, Thanks. The campaign was shot by renowned photographer Tina Barney, her work is in the Museum of Modern Art and The Smithsonian among others.

Lizette, This one is for you:

Groomed to perfection

Mitchell,

I have noticed this campaign and it is excellent. The key to a good relationship is understanding the other person without judgment and finding them the right spot called home.  Thanks for sharing this with us.

Ron & Alexandra,

Thanks, When I read you post last night marketing-and-branding-with-red-sole it really got me thinking about understanding a clients unique personality and how using that understanding helps to find them a home that just feels right. I really liked "there is no place like home" too.

Mitchell, as a trained graphic designer myself, I really appreciate the creativity. I'm glad you took a new spin on marketing Real Estate. I wrote several fun blogs on this as well. Humor and/or Elegance it does work going out-of-the-box

Maria, Thanks, People look like their homes they become their environment.

Elizabeth, Thanks, I love them too.

Ellen, Thanks, I'll check out your blogs. The play on words treats the consumer like industry insiders.

Cindy, Thanks, The color band on all our materials looks vaguely artsy but the colors represent our markets. Orange/gray for the cast iron brick of NY, pink/green for the tropical greenery and flowers of Palm Beach and yellow/blue for the sea and sun of the Hamptons.

Roger, Thanks. The most recent campaign reflects the recession with captions like " define value", "comfortable", "more time at home" "resuscitate".

Philip, Everyone loves that one. Lol.

This is one of the best marketing campaigns I've seen in a while from a brokerage. Instead of the usual it's all about "us" or "our agents" type of campaign, they focused on the clientelle... and with a sense of humor, no less!

Hi Mitchell, what a great looking campaign with class and a bit of that New York "edgy-ness" that I miss so much in Texas!
