The months supply of homes for sale in Anoka County
has dropped in all price ranges,
but foreclosures are seeing a slight recent increase.
This statistic is an indicator of supply and demand. It is determined by using the current number of homes for sale on the market and the number of days it takes to sell a home (known as Days On Market or DOM) and figuring out how many months it would take to completely sell off all of the current inventory (assuming no more listings come to market). These numbers indicate that we are shifting back towards a slightly more favorable market for buyer's of foreclosures.
