Mary,

hmmm...I collect heart shaped rocks and I see one on the left hand side on the ground in this photo! I always think it is a message when I see one!

So you commented on my post, I came looking for you, found the rock....now to figure out the message, lol. Great shot!

Thank you Gary, hope you have a great week !

Hi Jane, yes, that would be more accurate :-)  LOL

Will, I'm wondering how that happened, too.

Hi Karen, That's a pretty big heart rock for your collection LOL  I found a rock with a heart shape in it many years ago, I loved it so much, I ask the mason to fit it into the rock on our fireplace wall.  That's really cool that you collect them.

Thanks Debra, I didn't see the turtle--how about pac man ?

Hi Marchel, I would miss that too, but then you have the lake and it is beautiful...

Could have this be man made? I'll be very amazed if nature brought this about!

Thanks Jenny, we have so many rock outcroppings around here but this one stood out.

Thanks Juli, I'm glad you stopped by to comment- I appreciate it.

Hi Will, I think it was a meteor...or a volcano....KAPLAM!  the little boulder just happened to land in the wrong space or maybe shattered the larger boulder in two...who knows.  I don't think it's man made -- without a very large crane it would be impossible to lift that smaller boulder up there. Then again, nothing's impossible when we look at Stonehenge or the Pyramids  LOL!   Thanks for thinking about it, it does make you curious doesn't it?

A meteor or a volcano would sound like a real chance. Yes, I can't stop thinking about those rocks! =^ ) so Curious...so curious. If you do find out from anyone or anywhere how it came to be, let me know ok?
