Fall Sale Listings in the Northend & Gardens ... Condominiums from Dustin A. Peters, French Real Estate (Ocean City, NJ)

 

My particular area of interest and knowledge is the Northend (that designation from north side of Sixth Street to the south side of North Street) and the Gardens (that designation north of North Street to the end of the island at the Longport Bridge.  These two larger areas represent a great deal of single family properties as well as the "800" and "900" blocks that run west-to-east from Atlantic Avenue to the boardwalk/beach.

Since I live, play, and work in this particular area and our real estate agency is in this area, I have selected this location since the time I started selling and renting real estate (about 18 years ago) as my area of concentration.  At any time all but one or two of my sale listings are location in the Northend and Gardens.  I make a very complete effort to keep on top of all sale listings and sold properties in this particular area.
