Foreclosures STOPPED - Blessing or Curse?
IS this a photo of our economy? Our Country? What will it mean for Loan Mods and Short Sale in Tracy, CA I've watched and read all week as the "Robo Signing" crisis unfolded. What I wonder is ifForeclosures are being Stopped is that Blessing or a Curse? There was a blog written by StapletonHomes about spreading the good word, the Stopping of Foreclosures is a blessing. I'm not so optimistic. I've got questions, but who has the answers? Here are my questions, let's see if anyone has an answer: 1. Foreclosures are stopped for how long? 2. Will the banks extend short sales while we wait for them to lift the ban on foreclosures? 3. Will people who have been considering not making thier payments stop all together? 4. Will the court house steps be EMPTY tomorrow? 7. Does this stoppage mean everyone, or just new notices? IF I have an auction date (foreclosure) scheduled for Wednesday will it still happen? 8. I've noticed in Tracy CA many home owners are waiting until the get a Notice of Default to contact an agent to help with a short sale. Hmmm, does this mean they will live in their home longer, or will the Notice of Default still be sent with out a foreclosure date on it? FORECLOSURES STOPPED - IS THIS A BLESSING OR A CURSE?
