New HUD Homes listed in Salt Lake County

There were not many new homes listed for sale in Salt Lake County this week (10/22/02). 8 were listed in Salt Lake City, and 7 HUD Homes were spread out over the rest of Salt Lake County. Two of those were in West Jordan, and one each in Draper, Magna, Sandy UT, Taylorsville, and West Valley City Utah.

 

Since we noted those listings in Salt Lake City in an earlier post, we are just going to list homes for sale in the test of the Salt Lake County in this post.

 

HUD Homes are listed each Friday, and can be shown by agents that have a HUD key to the homes, and all bids must be made by a HUD approved Real Estate Agent.
