If you have a buyer who has credit issues, you need to call me. I can get an approval on someone as low as 532. I am a Texas Loan Officer. My company is debt-free. We are mortgage bankers.
We make sure every loan closes. Don't take a chance and hope that the program your buyer is on will be around when the loan needs to close.
