What financing options are available to international buyers investing in Florida & around the US?
Some international buyers choose to get financing from their home country. I often see buyers taking out a line of credit on another property in their home country.
There are banks in the US that give loans to international buyers. I would like to start a list that I can provide to prospective international buyers. To start, I know that UBS and Royal Bank of Canada give loans to international buyers in the US.
Other options? All suggestions are welcome.
In my case, this mainly relates to second homes and rental properties.
