What the heck does a Japanese Maple have to do with selling my house?

Japanese MapleWell Mr. Seller it has everything to do with selling your home. Japanese Maples grow just fine in Collin County Texas. As a matter of fact they love it here, if you know how to position them. You do NOT want to give them too much sun, the will burn up. Just ask my neighbor. He has gone through two of them so far and the third is not doing well. He keeps forcing it to grow where he wants it, not where it needs to be.

Just like selling your home will be a great experience if you know just how to position your property properly. You can not force your home to sell your way. You must price it right, have it in the right condition, feed it plenty of market exposure to make it sell.

Remember a Japanese Maple needs; sun, water and soil and your home needs pricing, condition and staging. Oh and a pair of agents that know how to plant listings to grow into beautiful sales...

...and yes this is my Japanese Maple I grew, it has survived 4 Texas summers and seems to be loving our beautiful state...

@Barbara - It started out as a rather small fathers day gift. My girls gave it to me and it has grown right along with them...
