Can You Outsource Prospecting and Lead Follow Up?

By

These days everything seems to be outsourced and made outside of the USA. Most products we purchase in the stores such as toys, clothing, and computer parts are made on other countries and shipped back to the States. Most big companies have customer service call centers in India or China. Want a logo or website created for cheap? Outsource it at Guru.com or elance.com.

In California, there are strict guidelines on what "unlicensed" real estate agents can and can not do. Since we can outsource pretty much almost any service, it made me think if we can actually outsource real estate prospecting and lead follow up.

It is very common for some brokers and top producers to have other agents do their prospecting and showings, but I am very curious if anyone have tried to outsourced the work outside of the States.

I don't think outsourcing is as effective as hands-on, but boy I wish I could clone myself for a few months.
