Who was the most influential person in your life in 2010?
Speaking Real Estate of course.
In 2005, I received my Real Estate License in New York State. Thought to myself, "I can sell houses". Boy O Boy, did I have a lot to learn. Thank the good Lord, I chose the right Real Estate Agency. Little did I know how much I would need to learn to be a good Realtor.
Working as office manager, teacher, blogger extraordinaire, CMA coach, among too many other duties, was in my humble opinion, a very smart lady to whom I must admit, I owe a great deal for my success.
As a retiree from The New York Times Company with over 43 years of service, I did not want to work 60 hours a week in Real Estate, but I wanted to be a different kind of agent. One that could give a client a personal, very detailed quality service with the sale of their home. Kathy Wynn, was a gift from heaven for me.
She was always available to help me even when on her days off. If I had a new client with a different problem then most folks and I need some advice, she was there to offer options.
If there was some new programs on the net, like ActiveRain, that could bring more buyers to our listings, she would tell us about it, and help us to get not only on page one of Google, but near or at the top of page one.
Too many thing to list here, I just want to acknowledge her contribution to Appleseed Homes and me. Most likely I would not be the kind of agent I am today without her help.
Thank you Kathy.
