All parks in the City of Camarillo are overseen by the Pleasant Valley Recreation and Park District. Camarillo's parks are divided into two categories: Community Parks and Neighborhood Parks. What differentiates community parks from neighborhood parks are facilities such as restrooms, larger playground equipment areas, tennis courts, and lighted play fields.
