Have you ever found that you really needed to be in two places at the same time? Last Tuesday I had a client call me with a listing she found online and wanted to know several details about it. I had appointments all day and couldn't get by the new listing to take a look at it. So I did the obvious thing and called the listing agent for more detailed information.
My client wanted to know about the garage that was converted into a bonus room and the afternoon sun patterns. The listing agent mentioned the bonus room could be turned back into a garage, which interested my client and the front and back yard received sun most of the day which was also good.
When I emailed this information to my client she asked how big the backyard is and where is the garage located? Good questions, she also has a small dog and wants a fenced yard big enough for the dog and a few chairs a barbeque.
Yikes! Wanting to help I pulled up Google Earth and put in the property address 2625 NW 87th, I was able to get a nice aerial view of the property. What I did notice was the garage access was through a back alley and if the bonus room was converted back to a garage the driveway would go right through the small back yard, which wouldn't work for my client which quickly eliminated this from my clients list.
Thanks Google Earth you saved me an hour and a half drive time!
