Eden Prairie is starting the year off a bit slow according to the Realtors located in Eden Prairie that we have spoke with in the past couple of days. Showing traffic in the upper bracket houses has picked up slightly, but offers based on our experience over the past couple of weeks as well as the experience of our Realtor network.
All MN Realtors we have spoke with, have noticed a slow start transaction wise over the past few weeks. Everyone is still cautiously optimistic but everyone has buyers still sitting on the fence.
Mortgage Rates are going up
Mortgage rates have went up but not dramically enough to force people into the market that are predicting the market to decline in 2011
