Welcome to ActiveRain, Ariana. That's a creative way to get a win for all involved - the buyer, the buyer's agent, and the landlord. Nice proactive solution!

Tiffany

I am a resident of Paradise Lakes in Phoenix, AZ. I was recently told that Bernard- Allison would no longer be in charge of operations with this complex as of tomorrow the 27th of December. I have had MANY bad and Family altering experiences since we have lived at PL. We moved into this complex almost 5 years agp and have since been through, fire, flood and descrimination due to our "IDA status".

I called the office today with a simple question and was told that they have no computers and can't answer any of my questions. They also were VERY negative in the attitude of the "changing of the guards". I was given nothing but the name M squared so I hope I am barking up the right tree. Please let me know what is going on in my community and the changes I can expect as opposed to the many unpleasent surprises in the past.

Thank you,

Tiffany (long time, concerned, resident)
