Murrieta Events: 1st Annual 5K Run For Your Life Murrieta! Half Marathon Race - Sunday, March 6th, 2011.
Want to run 5K half marathons? Love 5K races? Whether you’re a competitor, or just love to run or walk for exercise, the 1st Annual Run For Your Life Murrieta! 5K run is an ideal venue.
The 1st Annual Run For Your Life Murrieta! 5K run occurs this Sunday, March 6th, 2011. Registration opens at 7:00am, and the 5K Run / Walk race starts at 8:30am.
Run with the Animal Planet’s “Venom ER” star, Dr. Sean Bush, who will take part in the inaugural Loma Linda University Medical Center's 5K run event.
Runners and walkers of all ages and experience levels are invited to participate and enjoy the scenic run.
Kids are invited, too! The Kids Fun Run will be a short run that starts and ends the same place as the 5K run.
Preregistration fees (received on or before February 28th):
- $30 5K Run / Walk (18 & over)
- $20 5K Run / Walk (17 & under)
- $10 Kids Fun Run
Fees received after February 28th and day of race:
- $35 5K Run / Walk (18 & over)
- $25 5K Run / Walk (17 & under)
- $10 Kids Fun Run
The proceeds from the event will be used to provide training and equipment for the emergency healthcare providers at Loma Linda University Medical Center - Murrieta to ensure the quality care our community needs. The new medical center will be an invaluable resource providing screenings, diagnoses, treatment, and support right here in our community.
