Recently I've started posting 60 listings a day to craigslist through ePropertySites. Generally I've posted 60 for one loan officer one day and then spread the love to a different loan officer yesterday. Obviously I can't personally track how many phone calls are coming in from those because they go to the loan officer or agent, but I do get the reply emails which I think forward to the loan officer. I'm getting 1 or 2 a day. Here's one I got last night:
I invested about an hour of my time, and I got 1 solid lead that I know of. Imagine if you were the loan officer or agent posting your own listings.....
