to protest Emergency Financial Managers’ powers that could be voted into

law in cities across Michigan in economic straits. This law would give these

managers powers that they currently don't have and are quite controversial.

Update: The law to create EFM's has passed both state houses,

it is waiting on Governor Rick Snyder's desk for signature into law.
