It has been a hard lesson for me to learn over the past year. I am not taking any more listing if the seller has not come to this realization. I promise to tell the seller the truth about the value of their home and explain to them why I cannot list their home for more than market value.

Many sellers are simply not ready to realize the facts of the market today.
