As the saying goes, "Birds of a feather flock together." We usually choose friends and business associates who like the same things we do, people who share the same values. If you choose happy, positive, productive companions, the odds are that you are or will soon become happy, positive, and productive yourself. Unfortunately, the reverse is also true. Unhappy, negative, destructive people are sure to drag you down with them. Choose to spend most of your time with persons who have PMA -- a Positive Mental Attitude. If your job requires you to spend time with negative people, limit that time to the best of your ability and above all don't let them discourage you with their negativism. Instead, display your own PMA.
This is so true. I think you need to shake the negative people and move on to the ones who help you build a great attitude.
cheers! changing the world is next to impossible, but changing one's self is not!
Have a great weekend!
Rich, this is so true! Especially when the market is tough. Surrounding yourself by negative people starts to rub off but staying clear and keeping a positive attitude (no matter how hard it is) I believe will pay off in the long run. Thanks for the reminder! --Krystal
You get ideas from those you associate with. It is much easier to get positive vibes from positive people. If you want to consistently maintain your PMA, you must associate yourself withothers who have PMA. Thanks fo the thoought!
A PMA is criteria #1 for each day. However, be careful as the 'A' and the 'S' key are so close on the keyboard. I would hate to awaken with PMS instead! Have a great PM-A day, Rich!
