Since starting my own Raleigh Real Estate business NC List for Less Realty Incorporated in mid August. I have been working harder than ever.
I start my day earlier than ever before (Up on the computer by 6:30) and have been consistantly working from Sun up till my head hits the pillow.
Last week my Manfriend invited me to the Outerbanks for the week. From Saturday to Saturday we were going to fish all week, relax and unwind.
Well I could not leave the Saturday - out of town clients.
I could not leave Sunday - out of town clients and Parade of Homes.
Monday - Negotiating contract.
Tuesday - Inspections for out of state buyer
Wednesday - More buyers and a new listing.
Thursday - FREE day - I knew I could handle most issues remotely with my blackberry.
WRONG ---- While driving 4 hours to get to Avon. I get a call from an investor wanting to put an offer together for a VA property bidding was ending Thursday evening. I was lucky. The LA knows me and helped me put the offer in writing. (it pays to be nice to each other)
Friday - I was ready for a nice relaxing day at the beach.
A seller must list their home NOW. A buyer is ready to buy NOW. I push everything off until Saturday morning.
Saturday - I leave Avon at 4AM to be at the sellers house at 8:30 AM and meet buyers by 11:00 AM.

It happened yesterday - I went on a Million Dollar Tour -
I am so happy with my Blackberry. If it was not for my blackberry I am not sure how I could handle life and real estate.
