This was not a simple one! I received this listing after a surplus of agents had attempted to get response on dozens of offers with no luck. The sellers were happy to have this burden off their back, and we couldn't have done it without the cooperation of the loss mitigation team at Chase Home Mortgage and IQ Credit Union.
