Its a great free service that really has a lot of amazing features.  You can upgrade to the pro account for like $79/yr and it now comes with a mobile website with the pro version.  It has a lot of the features that some of the IDX services are charging $70-100 /month for. 

If your looking for a paid service, then I would reccomend Diverse Solutions....here is their info below, I have check out most if not all of the various IDX vendors and I think Diverse has one of the better options...with the most features.

Hi Krista,

I looked into this recently and agree with you, they all have nice features but not one has them all. I liked realtysoft too but have not made a decision yet as my focus right now is a good (hopefully free!) CSM software, probably something from google apps.
