Have You Used Realty Soft?

By

And if so do you like it?  I've tried out a few IDX solutions, it's funny, none of them seem to do everything that you'd like them to.  If you have tried it, let me know how it is or if you have one you like, let me know as well.  Thanks!

Hello Krista,

I would like to invite you to join RealBird.com, the leading online real estate marketing service.

Please follow the link below to learn more and to join this invaluable service.

http://www.realbird.com/?refID=5016

Its a great free service that really has a lot of amazing features.  You can upgrade to the pro account for like $79/yr and it now comes with a mobile website with the pro version.  It has a lot of the features that some of the IDX services are charging $70-100 /month for.

If your looking for a paid service, then I would reccomend Diverse Solutions....here is their info below, I have check out most if not all of the various IDX vendors and I think Diverse has one of the better options...with the most features.

Hi Krista,

I looked into this recently and agree with you, they all have nice features but not one has them all. I liked realtysoft too but have not made a decision yet as my focus right now is a good (hopefully free!) CSM software, probably something from google apps.

I'm following the comments on your post, Krista. I have a similar interest in evaluating an IDX provider. Can you share which ones you did try out and offer any pro's and con's?

Hi Krista,

I am probably biased but if you compare feature by feature RealtySoft always comes on top compared to other IDX providers. Our prices are also very reasonable. For $24.95 per month you get our ProIDX solution which includes our powerful CRM solution.

Any specific features you are interested in that we don't support? Feel free to contact me with any questions :)

Cheers,

Thanks for the comments.  Mike Mayer, I use ihomefinder now and my website gets about 2 leads per day.  Not necessarily because of the IDX, however I'm very cautious about changing anything that I know is already working.  What do you use?
