Just wanted to touch base and wish you and yours a wonderful 4th of July holiday. Rates are down again and this is slightly stimulating the Southern California marketplace. As we know, our Southern California area is very unique, and most certainly this is not the same around the country, but we are beginning to hear some positive talk regarding real estate. If one can qualify for a loan, this is the time to buy. We're all here over the 4th of July, and please feel free to give us a call.
