Victoria Grove Real Estate - Riverside CA
Here is an update on what is happening currently with Victoria Grove Riverside CA real estate. This information is as of June 29, 2011. Victoria Grove is a beautiful gated community in the Southwest part of Riverside California - near Lake Mathews. It is about about three miles south of the 91 freeway on La Sierra Ave. It is a nice community with wonderful residents and great community amenities.
Active Listings
There are 26 houses currently for sale (active listings on the multiple listing service) right now in Victoria Grove in Riverside California. Of the houses currently for sale, 15 are short sales, six are bank-owned (foreclosure) and seven are standard sales. The least expensive house currently for sale is listed at $274,900 and the highest price Victoria Grove home is a standard sale was built in 2008 and is listed at $529,900. Houses in Escrow and Accepting Back-up Offers
There are currently six houses listed as "pending" which typically means that they are in escrow. Of those, two are bank-owned and four are short sales. There are 11 houses which are in "back-up" status which usually are short sales that have an accepted offer that they are working with but they are accepting back-up offers in case something goes wrong with the accepted offer. There is one standard sale currently that is in "back-up" status. The highest price house in back-up is listed at $475,000.
Closed Homes
Victoria Grove had a total of 13 houses close (sold) in the last 60 days. Of those, five were short sales, five were foreclosures and there were three standard sales. One of the five forclosures was on the market previously as a short sale. That short sale obviously was not successful and the bank ended up foreclosing on it - then selling it. The most expensive home sold for $425,000.
