If you are looking for Fireworks events for July 4, 2011, below is a list of places to go. Every year I go to the Pier 39 with a group of friends for dinner and to watch the fireworks.
The PIER 39 Independence celebration is to enjoy with the whole family. There will be music and fun entertainments starting at noon to 9:30 pm. After 9:30 Pm stay around for The City of San Francisco’s extravagant fireworks. The locations with the best view of the fireworks are the foot of Municipal Pier, all along the waterfront, Ghirardelli Square, Coit Tower, the Aquatic Park, from barges north of Pier 39 and the Cannery.
