Morada Way Arts and Cultural District's Thursday Walkabout is this Thursday, July.21
from 6 - 9pm.
The Art District's Walkabout is a monthly arts and cultural celebration in the Heart of Islamorada. Visitors and locals can stroll the Old Highway, MM 81.5, between the Historic 1935 Hurricane Monument and the Green Turtle Inn.
This month Stuart Newman Associates will be filming the event for a National Ad campaign. Please come out and join the festivities and help us fill the street for a great colorful, fun street scene.
This is the 7th Walkabout, a Third Thursday happening that has grown popular with locals and visitors alike. The group's first Walkabout in January drew about 400 people, and by April approximately 1,000 people came.
