Hey Everybody,
So, I've been hearing about this new Facebook competitor called Google+. Mainly what I've been hearing is that its coming and it will be great because Google is making it and because they made the Google search and the Android operating system, it is sure to be a big hit. Really, that's a pretty good resume. Google is the Number 1 search engine world wide. Android is incredible and sales of Android based phones are out-selling the mighty iPhone. Again, a prety impressive resume.
So what does Google+ have that Facebook doesn't other than being created by Google?
- So far, to me it looks like a copycat of Facebook. I prefer Facebook's "Like" button to the Google+ "+1" button as it is simpler and more direct.
- I like that it integrates seamlessly with my Android phone and that I can have all of my pictures taken by my phone instantly available to me on Google+ to share with others, or not. Nicely done Google team!
So, what have you found? Do you like it? Will it eventually de-throne Facebook? I'd love to hear your thoughts!!
