I had the opportunity to tour the new Sun City Model Park last week. They have 9 new model homes on display varying in size, features and price. The homes are classified into 3 groups: the Villas, The Classics and The Estates. the Villas are the smaller homes ranging in size from 1,393 SF to 1,465 SF. The Classic series are 1,553 SF to 1,896 SF and the Estates start at 2,112 SF up to 2,848 SF. As of 10/11/07, according to the Sun City literature, the pricing started in the low $140's and are subject to change without notice.
All the homes are gorgeous but my favorite is the Chamberlain. Of course it's the largest of the Estate Series but a real beauty. Additional information at: www.sedlorproperties.com
