Trevarno Estates
Trevarno Road
Livermore, CA 94550
Harkening back to Livermore’s earlier routes, this charming little neighborhood was built for the officers of the Coast Manufacturing and Supply Company in 1913. Save for a large Mission Revival home for the company’s president, the other 12 homes are modest Craftsman bungalows. Lot sizes are generous, with the smallest starting at 16,000 sq. ft.
The road bordered by a grassy median and old-fashioned street lamps is reminiscent of an earlier era. In 1976 the houses were sold to a local developer, for re-sale to individual homeowners. Named Trevarno Estates, the neighborhood is off of First St., just south of N. Mines Rd.
This neighborhood does have not have a Homeowners Association.
