Design2Sell -We stage Atlanta, has a passion for staging small spaces, codo's or townhouses in the metro Atlanta area. Below a recent implementation in Dekalb. One of the big improvements before staging was our suggestion to reglaze the bathrooms. Wall tiles and floor tiles got a different color facelift. A very cost effective way. Barbara- the update to the bathrooms made a big difference.. giving them a fresh less dated look. Can I ask the approximate cost to do each bathroom? (tiles)

Barbara - I love the updated tile. Our area has quite a few older homes with the mint green or pink tiles. I'm also interested in the cost to see if it is a reasonable alternative for clients.
