Most of you are keenly aware of the fact that I am not an real estate agent. In fact, I work for one of those annoying lead generation companies. And, I have done so for the last 8 years. If there is one thing that I do know about this industry, it is lead generation, lead follow up, and lead conversion.
Many of you are also aware that I'm a social media junkie and complete addict.
Having said that, I got a wild hair about a week or so ago and started a group on Facebook solely for the purpose of exchanging information and helping educate each other on lead generation techniques and ideas that have worked, have not worked, and to help re-instill basic ideas of lead generation that work using today's technology, yet keeping a personal touch.

This is the most active and responsive group I have created on FB and I am very excited to be able to share what I know and get other ideas from real estate professionals all over the country whom I respect and have befriended.
In short, the idea has taken off like gangbusters! In the last week, I have had over 130 of some of the best agents I know join the group. And, I am sending out an open invitation to anyone that wants to join for the purpose of learning more about online lead generation***. Feel free to invite others to the group also!! The more, the merrier...
