- Mortgage Assistance Program
- Principal Reduction Program
- Short Sale Program
- Second Lien Relief Program
Several factors to qualify for this program:
- Owner Occupied
- Legal US Resident
- Loan Originated 1/1/2009 or earlier
- Documented financial hardship
- Within income limits
- Facing imminent default
- Only own 1 property
- Your servicing company must participate
