Today was a full day of showings - waterfront properties in our beautiful Hernando Beach, Weeki Wachee, and Aripeka areas. My customers are new to the area along the Gulf of Mexico and appreciated the fact that their Realtor is knowledgeable about the various aspects of waterfront living.

Hello Silvia, as you say, it's the quality of the view that drives the emotions, and thus the sale! Some buyers may prefer a long water view while others prefer to look across a cove at trees (where there are more birds). Regardless of specifics, I know you are the 'go-to' for water view homes in Hernando County!
