Home sales in the golf course community of Timber Pines in Spring Hill, Florida performed very well in 2017!While the total number of homes and villas sold in the Timber Pines golf course community remained stable, sold prices for homes sold in Timber Pines were on the increase compared to the previous year!     In 2017, 239 homes sold in the Timber Pines community - only four units more than in 2016.
