Good Morning…Here is today’s  report from the Think Big Work Small Guys.  Today the boys are talking about the correlation between Unemployment and Foreclosures.  In 1984 unemployment was 10%, foreclosures at 2%, and interest rates were at 14.5%, when in recent years unemployment has jumped 5 to 10% and foreclosures have jumped 5 to 10% both keeping pace with each other, while interest rates are at an all time low.  Our housing market problems have more to do with the state of our overall economy.  I found the discussion interesting.

Lois,

Hopefully the jobs/economy will get it's much deserved attention. I am however encouraged by those areas of the nation that are seeing great improvement.

Hi Steve....Fortunatley our area, from a selling point of view, is moving.  Our home prices are rising and our inventory is dwindeling.  With our 60% drop in values I have been encouraging Baby Boomers to take advantage of it.
