Hi Evelyn, The contour of your graph is very similar to ours down here.

I had no idea Alameda was so walkable, or that it was in the top 100 Communities for young people. I agree that the purpose of home ownership in Alameda, or anywhere, is to have a place to live, raise a family and create memories. Best wishes.
