Lovely, lovely views. Now I really see why it's so hard for people to relocate from NC to CA. We have views, but it's literally impossible to buy a home with acreage unless it's over a million. Home parcels for newer homes here are often 2900-7000 sq ft.
Vickie - Yes BUT you have the mountains and the beach in one place!! We love living in the mountains but we travel to the beach frequently and if we lived in California we wouldn't have to drive so far. But we're staying put and enjoying our low prices!!!
