The market conditions for waterfront properties in Florence Al and surrounding areas have basically remained steady over the past 5 years. Waterfront properties are and will remain to be highly sought after. The number of sales has remained basically the same. But the price range of those homes sold has dropped. 5 of the 9 properties sold in September were priced below $300,000.
Tennessee River Waterfront Homes on Wilson Lake vary in prices. They can range in the lower $100,000's for small mobile home on a very small waterfront lot or all the way up to 1.6million. The factor that determines price over any other is location location location. Main Lake property is always going to be priced higher than slough water. But sometimes, you can find homes located on a slough, but with the most beautiful views of main lake you can imagine.
