What are you looking for when you think about retirement?
The conversation often arises of how you want to spend those retirement years. I've heard the gambit of ideas. Many people talk of travel however with the political situations as they would be around the world, a dollar will not get you very far these days.
Some, who have fought traffic in gridlock their whole working life, are looking for peace and tranquility. These individuals want to smell clean air with a hint of pine rather than the exhaust of the car next to them. These people are looking for Hartstene Pointe.
Located the mere 90 minutes from Seattle by car, Hartstene Pointe is what you would call the sweet spot, not too close, but not too far, from the metropolitan lifestyle. Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of metropolitan areas much closer than Seattle but that is a great reference. Your grandchildren will want to come and visit!
So when you think about retirement living, be realistic. Would you rather take your cup of morning coffee and look at neighbor's backyard or would you rather look at nature's backyard?
Discover Hartstene Pointe!
I'm not just another real estate agent, I've been an owner at Hartstene Pointe since 1993...
