Statistics are great but what does it mean? Here is our take on this month's Ptarmigan Real Estate Market Report:

The Ptarmigan Subdivision is considered a luxury neighborhood for buyers desiring to live the 'country club' experience in Northern Colorado.  Ptarmigan homes are a little older than others in this category and have seen some decline in value as finishes become out of date with current trends.  However, it is still difficult to match the location amenities of golf, swimming, tennis and the country club lifestyle and Ptarmigan will remain a strong value overall.

This year we have seen the average home value remain flat with deviations due to unique features rather than market conditions.  There have been almost double the number of Ptarmigan homes sold this year at 17 versus 10 in 2010.

In general, Ptarmigan remains a strong option for Golfcourse Real Estate investment and a beautiful place in which to make your Northern Colorado home.
