You might be looking for another renter for this place? They are have a hard time makine the rent? They are going thou Churches to help make the payment on the house? I thing they are over their heads and can not aford the rent at my place? I have wrote to them telling them that they have to call me and tel me whats going on, But they refuse to do so. Texting me is not the same as talking ? So you might want to check in with them and find out what is going on. I don't think that they were quafied to rent the place. If you do a back ground on them it should have showen that they were over their heads.
