11/7 - Time to...Buy- I am not the only one believing this as my phones have been ringing more than normal. Affordable housing is at it's peak during the next 3-6 month's. Buyers should buy what they can afford with confidence, don't worry about the "what if the market get's worse". I am excited with the opportunity to offer my personal experiences in the past and present markets with Realtors & their clients.
11/7 Time to... get Back to Basics- what an opportunity to shine and impress your clients with above & beyond service like no other. All things happen for a reason! If all ithings are equal, service stands out in a crowd. Realtors rookies & veterans, let's get excited about the market, after all it's a lot cheaper & more affordable. Our clients & co-workers are going to follow our lead and we have to set the example with a positive outlook.
