The Cedar City Real Estate Market has several great subdivisions that were built around 2000 to 2005, Equestrian Pointe is one of those great subdivisions. This subdivision is in the Cedar City limits and there are still some lots available to build on. Equestrian Pointe is an expansive subdivision that offers something for all types of buyers.
When we say that this subdivision has all types of homes, we mean exactly that. There are gorgeous executive estate type homes on 5 acres to really nice starter sized homes. As the name implies, horses are allowed in the subdivision (some of the lots) and each home must have a white vinyl fence on the perimeter of the property, but fencing across the front is optional.
This is a large subdivision with lots available to buy and bring in your own builder. There are CC&R's that are enforced. Currently there are 12 homes for sale on our MLS ranging from $161,000 to $629,000.
Market Update 12/9/2011: There are currently 3 homes listed for sale in our Multiple Listing Service ranging from $184,900 to $194,900. There are currently 8 lots listed for sale in the Multiple Listing Service ranging from $17,000 to $34,900. In the past 12 months there have been 10 homes sell in Equestrian Pointe.
This is still one of the premier subdivisions in the Cedar City Real Estate Market!
